A Customer has up to 60 days to contact our Customer Service Department to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number for any errors on the purchase. Product must be returned within 10 days after receipt of the RGA number. Manager approval is required for any returns after 60 days (subject to a higher restocking fee).
If a Customer orders product incorrectly or cancels an order, Top Notch charges a 25% restocking fee.
Special Orders and orders of discontinued products are not returnable except by Manager approval. Subject to restocking fees up to 75%.
In all instances, the product must be returned in saleable condition, in the original packaging, inside a master carton, with the RGA number on the return packaging label. The Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
All claims for shortage and/or damaged goods must be reported within five days of receipt of merchandise. If the delivering carrier is responsible for a lost and/or damaged shipment, the purchaser must file the appropriate transportation claim with the delivering carrier.
